Mr. Rajsich has a diverse background in business law, representing companies and their stakeholders in a broad variety of disputes and transactional matters.

Before forming his own practice, Mr. Rajsich was an associate at a Boston law firm focusing on commercial litigation and business transactions, frequently serving as outside general counsel to emerging growth and mid-sized companies. This experience led him to start his own firm, where he specializes in business litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Rajsich continues to partner with clients in an outside general counsel role, while also offering services for particular project-based or litigation-specific engagements.
